Complete Visa & COE Processing
Chitwan Watashino Abroad Educational Consultancy Pvt. Ltd.
Procedure
At Chitwan Watashino, we make the journey to studying in Japan simple, transparent, and highly organized. From the moment you walk into our office to the day you land in Japan, here is the exact process we follow:
1: Initial Counseling & Profile Assessment
We sit down with you and your family for an in-depth consultation to understand your academic background, career goals, and financial situation.
We provide a realistic, honest assessment of your eligibility and outline the best pathways available for you in Japan.
2: Japanese Language Preparation
- Before applying, you will enroll in our intensive Japanese language classes right here in our facility.
- We focus heavily on preparing you for mandatory language proficiency exams such as the JLPT, NAT-TEST, or JFT-Basic, ensuring you meet the minimum requirements for a student visa.
3: School Selection & Admission Interviews
Based on your profile, we help you choose the right institution—whether that is a Japanese Language School, a Senmon Gakko (Vocational College), or a University.
Once a school is selected, we conduct rigorous mock interviews to ensure you are confident and fully prepared to pass the official admission interview with the school’s representatives.
4: Document Preparation & COE Application
This is the most critical stage. We guide you and your financial sponsor in gathering all necessary paperwork, including academic transcripts, bank statements, income sources, and relationship certificates.
Our team handles the necessary translations and applies for your Certificate of Eligibility (COE) at the Japanese Immigration Bureau on your behalf, ensuring zero errors.
5: COE Approval & Tuition Payment
Once the Japanese Immigration Bureau approves your application, they will issue your COE.
After the COE is issued, we assist you with the secure international bank transfer of your initial tuition and dormitory fees directly to your chosen institution in Japan.
6: Final Visa Application
After the school receives your payment, they will send the original COE and Admission Letter to our office in Nepal.
We then help you prepare and submit the final visa application to the Embassy of Japan in Nepal and prep you for any potential embassy interviews.
7: Pre-Departure Briefing & Travel Support
Once your visa is stamped, the excitement begins! We hold a comprehensive pre-departure briefing covering Japanese laws, local customs, part-time work rules (the 28-hour rule), and essential packing tips.
Finally, we assist with flight ticketing and coordinate with your school to arrange a smooth airport pickup and dormitory check-in upon your arrival in Japan.
